Licensed & Non-Licensed Opportunities Available
- Licensed Life & Health Insurance Professionals
$22$24/hr - Non-Licensed Professionals with Benefits or Customer Service Experience
$18$19/hr
- Paid benefits training In-person at our Overland Park office or remote for non-local hires
- Competitive hourly pay W2 employee bi-weekly pay
- Set schedules Monday through Friday no weekends

- Retention Bonus: $150$250 VISA Gift Card (for meeting end-of-assignment expectations)

- Assignment Duration: October to November 2025
- Work Hours: 40 hours/week MondayFriday
- Shifts stagger between 7:00am 7:00pm CST
- No travel required
- In-person and remote roles available (remote available for those individuals not located in the Kansas City area)
- Highly proficient using computers keyboards and headsets (skills tested during interview)
- Comfortable navigating Zoom Google platforms and various communication tools (tested)
- A clear and confident communicator over the phone
- Professional solution-oriented and reliable
- Fully committed to working 40 hours per week for the duration of the assignment
