About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Rental Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines hands-on work with customer service. Youll assist in cleaning and detailing our rental vehicles process check-ins and check-outs and interact directly with customers during the rental agreement process.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and detail rental vehicles inside and out to prepare them for the next customer
Inspect and process vehicles during customer returns and new rentals
Greet customers and walk them through the rental agreement process
Verify drivers licenses insurance and payment info as needed
Accurately complete digital or paper rental contracts
Keep work areas cars and customer spaces clean and organized
Assist with general fleet organization and light administrative tasks
Follow safety and cleaning protocols
Requirements:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be age 18 or older
Comfortable driving various vehicles (SUVs sedans vans)
Professional friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Detail-oriented and organized
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Prior experience in vehicle detailing rental or customer service is a plus (but not required)
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time to start (flexible schedule 1525 hours/week)
Potential for full-time based on performance and business needs
Pay based on experience starting at $16 per hour
