JOB SUMMARY:

The Industrial Program Manager is responsible for overseeing sales and service programs involving materials equipment parts and support services to clients in the mining and construction sectors. This role manages key accounts develops strategic partnerships and ensures customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mining operations equipment maintenance needs and construction industry supply chains combined with business development experience and technical sales expertise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and manage customized sales programs for mining and construction clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and large-scale mining clients.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of service and parts in line with contract terms and client expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for materials equipment parts and services.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals quotations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to introduce new offerings to the market.
  • Work closely with service teams to coordinate equipment maintenance repairs and field service schedules.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers on parts compatibility product selection and lifecycle support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and logistics to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for clients.
  • Evaluate system needs take field measurements and determine solutions.
  • Assess client needs and collaborate with service and product teams in order to propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions opportunities and communications within CRM software.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data on customer profiles needs and account activities.
  • Utilize Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools to manage and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with decision-makers at mining and construction firms.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess satisfaction and anticipate client needs.
  • Gather feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on program performance customer engagement and revenue goals.
  • Maintain compliance with safety environmental and industry regulations in all operations.
  • Manage budgets contracts and pricing strategies.
  • Serve as an organizational resource for project questions best practices and industry standards.
  • Work as a team player with co-workers in a respectful and supportive manner.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
  • Seek and participate in development and training opportunities.
  • Participate in periodic management and executive meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS:

This position supervises project field personnel and subcontractors.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Advanced knowledge of the industrial mining and oil & gas construction industries and demonstrated ability to read and interpret contracts proposals and other related documents.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and team-members in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills above average mechanical aptitude and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management and proposal development best practices and concepts.
  • Technical knowledge of various field construction concepts practices and procedures.
  • Presentation skills with ability to read audience and tailor message to its needs.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Customer Relations Management software systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to successfully operate tools and machinery.
  • Ability to use sales processes to uncover customer objections/concerns and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Skilled in organizing resources establishing priorities meeting deadlines and general time management.
  • Ability to prepare accurate budgets and cost estimates.
  • Ability to create read and understand complex contract documents.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and organizations exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Ability to do business ethically with customers vendors and co-workers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work productively under pressure.
  • Ability to travel for work-related purposes (up to 50% of the time).
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations detect unobvious facts and issues and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems.
  • Ability to work in a Native Corporation multi-business environment.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule sometimes including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Distribution or related degree program required. Work-related experience and equivalent skills may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
  • Five (5) years experience in Sales Service and/or Industrial distribution required.
  • Experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturing organizations (OEMs) distributors or contractors in the mining industry preferred.
  • Product knowledge in conveyor systems preferred.
  • Valid state drivers license and qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Brice Equipments driving policy.
  • Ability to pass a drug driving and background screening.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Brice Services has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Work is often performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes and occasional overtime for immediate field support for proposal processing may be necessary.
