Job Description
A Junior Account Representative is an entry-level professional responsible for supporting client accounts building relationships and ensuring client needs are met with excellence. At Style Netbox our Junior Account Representatives play a key role in bridging creative strategies with client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers in daily client communication and account management
Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
Support the development of marketing campaigns and creative presentations
Maintain accurate documentation and reports for assigned accounts
Help resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to internal teams
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative planning
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus but not required
