Supervise a team of Tier I technicians including hiring & training Supervise and support all IT Projects Active Directory user maintenance assist end-users via phone email remotely and in-person Collaborate with technical teams to help resolve problems/issues as needed Continue to act as Tier II escalation person for Help Desk technicians with proper solutions Chair regular & special meetings for department technicians Coach and direct District Policies for department techs Manage Ticket Management System Team Reviews of open items Manage deployment of NEW technology to entire District Perform walk-throughs as well as acquire quotes for Technology solutions interactive boards printers etc. Technical support to end-users regarding computer hardware and software Manage inventory of all technology for District Communicate with manager regarding unresolved problems Hire supervise summer technicians Plan and assist with imaging install and update software for all computer labs in District periodically Respond to each inquiry whether from a customer or co-worker in a professional and courteous manner Manage and order supplies for the tech department as needed Support all network printers in printer server environment Clear understanding and support the VOIP phone system for end-users Authorize and manage toner for District Oversee all district projectors troubleshooting techniques maintenance & parts Works with vendors to resolve hardware operating system issues; research test and implement possible solutions Manage prep deployment and maintenance for all Laptops Interactive Boards and Chrome book carts throughout the District Configure and install Windows and Macintosh operating systems in response to the needs of the district Properly discard old equipment Identify and replace outdated hardware: such as laptops desktops printers Repair equipment that is out of warranty but still has usability Continue to perform Tier II Computer Technician responsibilities for the high school and any other school as needed
