Position Name: Scientist I
SUMMARY: The Scientist I will contribute to various research projects and experiments within our organization. You will work closely with senior scientists researchers and engineers to develop and implement new research objectives establish project deliverables conduct experiments analyze data and contribute to the development of scientific solutions. This role requires a strong background in scientific principles excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct experiments and research activities according to established protocols and procedures.
Collect and analyze experimental data using various scientific techniques and instruments.
Assist senior scientists in designing and planning experiments and research projects.
Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures results and observations.
Prepare technical reports presentations and publications to communicate research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other members of the research team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of study.
Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
DESIRED/PREFFERED SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of scientific principles methodologies and experimental techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
Experience with scientific instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
Knowledge of relevant computer software applications for data analysis and research.

Experience is preferred in any of the following disciplines: electromagnetic theory radio frequency communications digital signal processing computer science systems engineering artificial intelligence and machine learning computational and analytic methodologies.
Experience with various programming languages such as C C Java Python etc.
Experience is preferred with Linux operating systems particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Experience is preferred with DevSecOps environments including Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters or Ph. D. degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Physics Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical methods.
