About the Role
KJBN Labs is looking for a talented and passionate React Frontend Developer to join our fast-growing team. Youll play a key role in developing engaging scalable web applications that deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and performant web applications using React and JavaScript (ES6)
- Build clean reusable and maintainable UI components
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to bring features to life
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional interfaces
- Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs
- Write well-documented unit-tested and scalable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Stay current with the latest frontend trends and best practices
Requirements
- 3 years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development tools
- Solid understanding of state management (e.g. Redux Zustand)
- Experience working with component libraries like Material-UI or TailwindCSS
- Knowledge of responsive design web accessibility and UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with frontend testing tools (e.g. Jest React Testing Library)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with Flutter or willingness to learn mobile app frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Git workflows animations (e.g. React Spring) or A/B testing
- Prior work on performance optimization and accessibility improvements
