Job Title: Social Worker Family and Support Service
Location: Rochdale Greater Manchester
Pay Rate: 39.00 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced and passionate Social Workers to join its clients Family and Support Service based in Rochdale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team managing a range of complex cases to safeguard and support children and families across the borough.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will
- Manage a caseload involvingChild in NeedChild ProtectionPre-Proceedings andCourtwork
- Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused care plans
- Carry out direct work with children and families to promote safety and well-being
- Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court as required
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice
- Ensure compliance with Social Work England standards and Rochdale Council policies
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Post-qualified experience in statutory childrens services
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong assessment communication and report-writing skills
