Team Lead Software Development (m/f/d) - Mobile Radio
Arbeitsort: 81671 MnchenWas Sie erwartet:
- You will be responsible for the development of software products in the field of Mobile Radio Analytics and thereto work closely with relevant stakeholders
- You will be responsible for developing your team
- You will collaborate with other development teams to drive synergy and optimize development efforts
- You will bear the responsibility for personnel and capacity planning and thus ensure a functioning matrix organization e.g. with regard to resolving scheduling and resource conflicts
- You will support the sales team as a point of contact during the acquisition phase of customer projects
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in electrical engineering industrial engineering computer science or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the development of products within complex system and project businesses
- Extensive knowledge of requirements for communication solutions preferably in the mobile radio environment
- Prooven leadership qualities in a role as e.g. a project manager
- Ability to motivate develop and confidently lead a team
- Very good communication skills act entrepreneurially and customer-focused
- Proficiency in both German and English
The assignment is (temporary in personnel leasing) at a client company in the telecommunications industry.
Work location: Munich remote (up to 60%)
