Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Deskside Support Technician.Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is afull-time position based in Sarnia Ontario.
Responsibilities:
Kingston Site wide IT Support (50%)
Site wide point of contact for consulting and IT support.
General IT troubleshooting problem resolution escalation and testing including ServiceNow ticket management.
Support procurement and management of hardware peripherals stock management E-waste.
Support procurement and management of software i.e. AD ITIL Azure.
Manage employee account access - MyAccess requests and implementation.
Network admin access and support.
SharePoint access and support.
Non-standard equipment support: printers scanners label printers digitization/tablets phones switches.
Early adoption of new technology.
ProcessAnalytical Network and Server Management (PCN network):
Design infrastructure and install hardware and cabling manage changes ensure connectivity.
Input firewall requests and manage user access.
Manage server backup.
Specialized ProcessAnalytical Computer Deployment:
Work with project teams on non-standard computers and software setups for processes and labs.
Custom computer setups and orders.
