Size and functions of local team: 6 salespeople 1 manager; no other BDRs in Belgium currently
Role description:
Outbound and inbound lead generation
Work closely with marketing and sales targeting accounts
Measured on:
60% based on opportunities generated
20% pipeline generated
20% regional area attainment
Tools: Salesforce outreach/email automation expected
No fixed call quota but increasing phone activity encouraged (targeting 2030 quality calls/day)
Requires strong internal relationship management and confidence to present in front of sales leaders

Must haves:
6 months of BDR experience

Flemish and French language skills

Cybersecurity background
Experience with sales tools (Outreach Salesloft 6sense Demandbase)
Understanding of intent-based software
Presence and confidence to influence internal stakeholders
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: 55K (flexible for strong candidate)
Commission: 40% (OTE 80K)
Split: 60/40
Vacation: Minimum 25 days (country-specific)
45 weeks of onboarding
