Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- License: ARDMS or ARRT (US) required within one year from date of hire. Must be Registry Eligible without ARDMS or ARRT - Registry eligible is defined by an individual completing necessary education training and other pre-requisites to sit for a certification (ARDMS and/or ARRT) or board exam for specific modality.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire (non-AHA BLS certification valid only from date of hire for 6 months or up until the date of expiration not to exceed 6 months)

Position Summary:
Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is looking for a Sonographer to work in a full-time position in Diagnostic Radiology predominately working 12-hour shifts (7:30am -8pm).Shared on-call coverage required up to 10 shifts per month (8pm 7:30am).
The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnostic exams on inpatients outpatients and Emergency room patients.The candidate will be working with a GE E10 Ultrasound. The candidate should have a strong basic knowledge of equipment for preventive maintenance and safe operation.
