Job Description
Work Schedule:
Full-time 100% FTE day shift. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM no weekends required. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a LPN:
- Join our team of dynamic sleep experts (nurses psychiatrists neurologists pulmonologists and advanced practice providers) who care for adults and children with sleep disorders.
- Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
- Responsible for referrals pre-visit management patient messages regarding sleep study results refills and PAP therapy questions and adjustments.
Assist with rooming patients and taking vitals.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
- 1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred
- Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required
- CPR/BLS certification Required
