Join the Toyota of Naperville Service Team as a Guest Experience Specialist!
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and want to grow with our organization We are looking for energetic applicants that can communicate with our guests and deliver a world-class experience. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in the service lanes. Our full time position works 4 weekdays and Saturdays.
Your responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promptly greet guest entering the service lanes
Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service!
Cash out guest from the lane in a timely manner
Actively deliver the guest their vehicle
Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries issues and offer additional services
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive Attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation and self sufficient
Proficiency with technology
Drive to succeed customer expectations
