Compensation:$30$40/hour (based on experience) mileage reimbursement

A warm respectful single father in Weston CT is seeking a reliable nurturing and experiencedNanny/Family Assistantto join his family and provide structure care and support during the busy afternoon and evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives wearing multiple hatsfrom helping with teen schedules to maintaining a smooth-running household.
This is a true hybrid position focused onchildcarelight housekeepingmeal preparationerrands anddog care. The ideal candidate will be proactive organized and deeply committed to supporting a family long-term.
Driving two children (ages 13 & 15) to and from activities and school (Weston Public Schools)
Light housekeeping (dishes tidying laundry for the children; laundry for dad is a plus)
Grocery shopping and running errands (family credit card provided)
Preparing a simple nutritious balanced family dinner daily (e.g. starch/veggie/proteinnot looking for a chef)
Caring for the familys small dog (daily feeding/watering; occasional vet visits)
Occasional house-sitting and dog care when the family travels
Warm mature grounded presence who genuinely enjoys this type of work and loves their job
Professional respectful and excellent communicator
Dog lover!
Reliable vehicle and clean driving record (mileage reimbursed)
Bi-weekly house cleaner already in place only light household cleaning expected
PTO: 2 weeks vacation annually (after one year);total time off must not exceed 14 days per year because there isnt additional coverage
Paid major holidays (approx. 8): New Years Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving (2 days) and Christmas (2 days)
Candidate must be able tocommit to no more than 14 days off annually total due to lack of coverage
Position is long-term (12 year commitment required)
