OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE $17.50/hr MONDAYFRIDAY SALEM OR

The Oregon State Fair Council is hiring a Seasonal Operations Associate in Salem OR. This hands-on role helps ensure events run smoothly and the fairgrounds remain safe clean and in good repair. If youre someone who takes pride in your work enjoys variety in your day and is reliable and self-motivatedthis could be a great fit!
This seasonal position has potential for long-term employment depending on performance and availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform minor repairs to barns buildings fences and other facilities
Keep public areas clean and event-ready
Identify and resolve safety issues around the grounds
Complete preventative maintenance tasks
Work both independently and as part of a team to support daily operations
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be dependable detail-oriented and safety-conscious
Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors
Ability to work with tools and perform general maintenance
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Previous maintenance or facilities experience is a plus
SCHEDULE:
MondayFriday Day Shift
Full-time seasonal position with opportunity for long-term placement
PAY:
$17.50 per hour
