The Opportunity
Are you passionate about volleyball and love working with athletes of all ages and skill levels Chelsea Piers Connecticut is looking for energetic enthusiastic and knowledgeable coaches to join our growing Volleyball Program!
Whether youre an experienced coach or a former player eager to share your love of the game we offer a variety of flexible opportunitiesincluding coaching high-level group sessions during our camp intensives and working one-on-one through private lessons.

Primary Responsibilities
Coach private and group Volleyball lessons
Create and implement age/skill appropriate practice plans for the group
Create a fun safe and productive environment
Attend all scheduled hours
Maintain professional relationships with athletes and parents
Schedule: Seasonal with options to coach year-round; mainly evenings and weekends during the season. Some travel on weekends may be required for tournaments.
Compensation:$3500-$6000 per season $17-$22 per hour for clinics and camps depending on experience
Qualifications
Experience playing or coaching Volleyball is a must
Exhibits an energetic professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Ability to work independently or within a group
Willingness to learn from and share knowledge with coworkers
Enjoys working in team environment
Must be energetic and enthusiastic
Punctual and reliable. Maintains a neat and professional appearance at all times (CP Uniform)
