ECI Management Group at Fort Drum is looking to hire a Team of dedicated Passionate Cooks and Food Service Workers for a NEW dining facility account at Fort Drum Base. Start date is September 2025

Responsibilities:
Responsible for properly preparing cooking quantity quality and timeliness of food production as well as the storing of food items which are made in advance to establish consistent yields and food quality. Team member prepares food under sanitary conditions in accordance with recipes standards and procedures as outlined in the department training guide. Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Properly prepare and portion quality food items following company approved recipes specifications and timing standards.
- Properly store date and rotate according to first in first out standards.
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
Food Service Workers Base pay of $17.75 Plus Health & Wellness Pay in lieu of Benefits $ 4.93

SERV Safe Managers Certification is required for the Cooks 2 position!
