Position Overview
The DMV is seeking a skilled Classification and Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate job classifications and competitive compensation practices throughout the organization. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Commonwealth policies while providing expert guidance on classification and compensation matters.
