Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements
Manage a cross-functional team of developers analysts and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities
Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting performance tracking and risk mitigation
Serve as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and stakeholders
Coordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applications
Support efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality including business intelligence data visualization and secure financial data handling
Track and report status milestones and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred
8 years of program/project management experience with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal IT initiatives (Army experience preferred)
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders
Active Secret clearance
