In this role you will:
- Operate within a designated territory to engage prospective customers.
- Inspect windows and write window cleaning estimates based on inspection.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services.
- Write estimates with accuracy ensuring estimates are complete.
- Engage with a variety of employees of commercial businesses from clerk to owner.
- Represent Fish Window Cleaning with professionalism and integrity while adhering to company policies and value.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Ability to demonstrate high level communication skill.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Demonstrate accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience is a bonus.
- Good grooming and business casual pants and shoes. A uniform shirt will be provided.
Requirements in a candidate:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Must to be able to stand or walk for long periods.
- Willingness to work outside 9in any season with potential exposure to inclement weather
