What Youll Do
Year-Round
- Collaborate with the tax team and accounting team to deliver high-quality tax services to our dental practice clients
- Communicate directly with clients to collect missing information answer questions and maintain strong relationships
- Organize analyze and compile client data to support accurate efficient tax preparation
- Proactively manage your workload keeping the team informed on progress and pending items
Tax Season (FebruaryApril)
- Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and speed
- Conduct virtual sessions with clients to help complete personal tax organizers
- Handle up to approximately 200 returns annually (majority during busy season)
- Meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Off-Season
- Prepare extended individual and business returns
- Assist with updating tax planning documents and projections
- Help clients plan for upcoming deadlines with mid-year third-quarter and year-end tax projections

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 3 years of tax preparation experience (individual and business returns)
- CPA license strongly preferred
- Candidates without a CPA must be actively pursuing it with at least half of the exams passed
- Experience in public accounting or multi-client environments
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $60000$80000 depending on experience and CPA status
- Tax season and end-of-year bonuses
