The Lab School Coach is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the program in accordance with Laboratory Schools and IHSA/IESA policies.
The coach is expected to carry out the Schools responsibility in contributing to the educational development of the student through their work with the activity. The coach teaches important skills relevant to the activity promotes teamwork self-discipline sportsmanship and leadership in a supportive environment that fosters personal growth.

$500 - $2000
Hold a valid teaching/substitute license or pass the Coaching Essentials
Typical coaching hours - approximate dates are March through May
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work
2. Effectively communicate on a daily basis
3. Must be able to participate in practice.
