Job Description
Lead/Keyholder to work with Store Manager leading the team to provide solutions to our customers and to work efficiently to achieve store goals.
Lead Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Working with the Store Manager the Lead will:
- Leadteam to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Merchandise/displayproductsto drive average order value (AOV)
- Maintainintegrity of computer systems
- Protectretail team and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Maintainstability and reputation of the store and company by complying with legal requirements
Qualifiedcandidates will have:
- retail experience
- experience delivering exceptional customer experiences
- experience supervising andcoaching
- auto restoration experiencea plus
- comfortable working with computers
- ability to work a flexible schedule withinthese times- Monday - Saturday 8:30a-6:30pand Sunday 8:30a-4:30p
