Job Description
Lipscomb Academy is seeking a qualified and motivated Offensive Assistant Coach to support its high school football program. This position will work directly with the offensive coaching staff.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist with offensive game plan and weekly preparation
- Support practice organization drills and player developement
- Assist with position groups as assigned by offensive coordinator
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong positive relationships with players coaches parents and the broader community.
- Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
