Description & Requirements

The Chen Lab at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard develops and applies nextgeneration technologies to sequence the genome epigenome and transcriptome in situ at singlecell resolution. We are seeking an exceptionally creative selfdirected research associate to (1) scale spatial genomic pipelines and (2) manage and collect data across spatial genomics projects. You will design and execute your own experiments engineer new solutions to technical hurdles and help shape the labs infrastructure and culture.
