Job Description

The Loan Analyst II will perform all aspects of the loan process for their assigned relationship-based book of business. Assessing the financial health of the borrower and calculating potential risk whilebuilding solid relationships both internally and externally to create successful partnerships.
What Youll Do:
Production
- Loan Processing
- Prepare files for underwriting
- Order collateral values statements and illustrations
- Underwrite and analyze financial data
- Generate and prepare renewal documents and invoices
- Service book of business
- Make updates/re-underwrite renewals as requested
- Identify potential problem loans and take the necessary actions to mitigate risk
- Administrative tasks
- Ensure all loans adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal lending policies
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of internal administrative systems
- Adhere to all policies and procedures including service level agreements
Relationships
- Build solid relationships to ensure transparent feedback and successful partnershipsboth internally and externally
- Provide best in class service and act as point of contact
- Ensure and own client satisfaction and actively work on solutions and improvements to better business
Additional
- Employee must have a strong understanding of the entire loan renewal process.
- Employee must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Train and mentor the Loan Analyst I.
- Provide guidance and support to Loan Analyst I.
- Support the Assistant Loan Officer as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- Must understand workflow systems
- Strong understanding of Policies and Procedures
- Strong organizational and know how to prioritize work
- Posses an advanced understanding of the entire loan renewal process
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience to excel in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate time management
- Provide excellent customer service

Compensation:
The estimatedhourly ratefor this role is $28.36 - $44.23 along with eligibility to earn a quarterly incentive bonus. Actualpayrate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
