What Youll Do:
- Diagnose repair and service Kubota agricultural turf and construction equipment including engines powertrains hydraulics electrical systems and attachments
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Accurately complete repair orders warranty documentation and tech reports
- Assist in field service and equipment testing when needed
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
What You Bring:
- A genuine passion for agriculture farming and supporting the people who feed and build our communities
- Certification or near-completion in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3)
- 4 years of mechanical/service experience (agriculture or heavy equipment)
- Strong diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented reliable and customer-focused
- Clean drivers abstract and ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable using computer-based service software and systems
