The Opportunity
Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton is looking for a Service and Parts Coordinator.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and a rotational Saturday. Some evenings may be required.
**We will offer a $800 signing bonus to the eligible candidate.**

- Oversee workflow in the Parts and Service Department ensuring a customer-focused approach for the ultimate service experience.
- Follow the entire service process including greeting customers creating repair orders checking warranty recalls and campaigns and performing technical follow-up with engineers.
- Schedule appointments order parts through the Parts Department and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure accurate and detailed information is gathered and relayed to the shop/technician.
- Work with the Parts Department to ensure that the necessary parts are available for scheduled jobs and follow up on any parts that are on order.
- Recommend customers the appropriate maintenance requirements.
- Create estimates when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
- Must be computer literate and able to use multiple platforms
- Experience in the truck rental or automotive industry is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Team player with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Good work ethic and detail-oriented
