Position Responsibilities
Preparation of fee for service and NDIS invoices manage claims and monitoring of plan funding and fee for services invoices.
Day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions ensuring completeness and timeliness of payments..
Payroll processing ensuring compliance with SCHADS (Social Community Home Care and Disability Services) Award and enterprise agreement.
Supporting the Finance Manager and the finance team generally.
Reconcile the general ledger account to ensure validity and accuracy.
Review cash activities within the company ensuring appropriate internal financial controls exist and where identified implement initiatives for improvement.
Assist with financial reporting forecasting and budgeting.
Facilitate the investigation and timely resolution of variances.
Conduct cut-off processes at the end of each month.
Review and understand the process underlying the recording of debits and invoices.
Review aged debtors reports on a weekly basis.
Assistance with audit procedures and queries
Issue invoices on behalf of the company and ensure prompt payment of the same.
Maintain the companys fixed asset register and inventory.
