About the role:
- Work with the firms National Head of General Insurance.
- Advise and acting on behalf of both national and international clients on matters that include but are not limited to: complex casualty claims public and product liability claims and historical institutional abuse claims.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 1-2 PQE with any insurance defence experience. Candidates with plaintiff side can also be considered.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Exceptional time management & organisational skills. - A strategic mind capable of thinking critically and outside the box.
