Your newrole
Sacred Heart Mission (SHM) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of safe effective and person-centred aged care services. As Specialist Quality & Compliance (Aged Care) you will play a key role in ensuring SHMs aged care programs meet internal and external standards through robust quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
You are a proactive and collaborative professional with:
- Experience in aged care quality systems compliance and clinical & care governance.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and participant-centred care.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and accreditation processes.
Were looking for someone who can
- Oversee quality reporting systems and support accreditation processes across residential and community aged care services.
- Manage continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Quality Standards.
- Support incident and risk management complaints resolution and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with other Transformation & Performance Team members to align aged care quality efforts with SHMs broader quality framework.
- Coordinate audits analyse data and facilitate staff education to promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Contribute to outstanding participant experiences and SHMs reputation for aged care leadership.
