- Part-time role with rotating shifts Monday - Saturday between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM

What you will be doing in this role
Step into a rewarding role as a Concierge at Sydney Adventist Hospital where youll be the first point of contact for patients families and visitors. In this service focused position youll assist guests in navigating the hospital helping them locate departments and services and ensuring their experience is as smooth and stress free as possible. With a warm and helpful approach youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and making a meaningful difference in every interaction.
Who were looking for
- Youll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Youll be professionally presented and groomed
- Youll have proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and the ability to interact with clientele from varying cultures and backgrounds
- Youll have the ability to transport and assist patients to and from services within the hospital
- Youll have Intermediate computer skills
- Youll have previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
