Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs including health dental and vision insurance retirement plans and other voluntary benefits offerings.
- Support the benefits enrollment process including preparing materials conducting orientations and assisting employees with benefit elections.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility coverage options plan details and claims processing.
- Coordinate with benefits vendors insurance carriers and third-party administrators to resolve issues and facilitate effective benefits administration.
- Conduct benefits-related training sessions to educate employees about their options and plan features.
- Maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure timely processing of enrollments changes and terminations.
