MetaPhase is currently supporting The Department of the Treasury in its acquisition planning and strategy efforts.In support of this effort Metaphase is seeking a Senior IT Acquisition Specialist with seven (7) years of experience to provide full lifecycle acquisition support to OCIO programs. The individual will assist federal clients in developing solicitation packages and supporting end-to-end acquisition activities including planning coordination and documentation. Must be able to work independently manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Assist federal clients in developing and maintaining complete and accurate solicitation packages
- Support acquisition lifecycle activities including requirements gathering documentation and submission coordination
- Develop and track acquisition artifacts such as PWS IGCE acquisition plans market research summaries and justification documents
- Maintain acquisition documentation in SharePoint and ServiceNow ensuring completeness and version control
- Coordinate with CORs program stakeholders and contracting personnel to support timely acquisition execution
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and PIV renewals in accordance with established procedures
- Recommend process improvements to enhance acquisition documentation and workflow efficiency
What We Need From You (Required):
- U.S. Citizenship is required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting federal acquisition and procurement activities
- Demonstrated experience developing solicitation packages and associated acquisition documentation (e.g. IGCE PWS acquisition plans market research)
- Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations policies and procurement lifecycle
- Strong communication documentation and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint and ServiceNow
- Washington DC Remote support authorized with COR and CO approval
Travel:
- High Public Trust (Tier 4/BI); U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Bachelors degree Minimum
Compensation:
- Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 115k - 125k.
