100% day/evening. Monday Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM / 8:00AM 4:30PM with rotating evenings 1:30PM 10:00PM and every 4th weekend. You will work at University Hospital in Madison WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Infectious Diseases (ID) to:
Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient and ambulatory services to assure that drug therapy is safe effective efficient and cost-effective.
Perform both clinical and distributive tasks necessary to ensure that patients medication therapy is safe effective timely and efficient.
Provide training and education to Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through practical and didactic experiences.
Provide patient care to a diverse population including acute and critically infected patients in an inpatient setting as well as HIV patients and ID patients in the ambulatory clinic.
