Job Description
Position Summary...
What youll do...
As an Analyst Specialty Compliance and Ethics you will support the manager and team by handling data-driven tasks related to record pickups at over 5000 locations including vision pharmacy and store records. This role requires extensive use of Excel and SharePoint to maintain and manage detailed records perform data reconciliation and track information accurately. You will provide customer service to internal and external partners coordinate with third-party vendors for offsite record management and assist with retention support by understanding state-specific requirements. Additionally you will play a key role in supporting the team with record-keeping tasks such as organizing updating and auditing records to ensure compliance and easy retrieval. You will also contribute to larger projects by supporting the manager with data-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Excel and SharePoint extensively to manage and maintain detailed records
Support record pickups and data management across multiple locations
Organize update and audit records to ensure accuracy compliance and accessibility for the team
Perform data reconciliation
Provide customer service to internal and external partners
Coordinate with third-party vendors for offsite record management
Assist with retention support and state-specific requirements
Support the manager with data tasks for larger projects

Youll sweep us off our feet if:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Criminal Justice or related field and 2 years experience in security investigations operational management compliance legal privacy or related field.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Familiar with SharePoint
Experience using Power Automate and Power BI to analyze data and streamline processes.
Demonstrated ability to implement automation solutions to improve and update existing functions
The role is an onsite position based in Bentonville AR.
