WHAT YOULL DO:
As a PM coordinator you will be in a dynamic multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when their equipment is serviced by Pape. Every day you will be responsible for managing your field technicians schedules and preparing reports of our customer base as well as our rental fleet to maintain the timely servicing our customers have come to expect. You will provide excellent service to customers in person through email on the phone and more! To thrive in this role you must be a detail oriented person enjoy a team effort and have a winning attitude.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent computer skills including Word Excel Outlook and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team.
- Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling market are preferred.
- Automotive/Dealership experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation: $22.67-32.87/hr (Depending on Experience)
