Responsibilities Include:
Answering phone calls and scheduling property inspections
Coordinating with vendors and technicians for repairs or service
Assisting with tenant communications including Section 8 and housing-related matters
Scanning filing and organizing office documents
Preparing and submitting court filings as needed
Supporting daily office operations and general administrative needs
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email scheduling file management)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
Prior experience with housing programs or court filings is helpful but not required
