Job Summary:

TheSenior Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM)at Xponential Fitness will lead pricing strategy and monetization efforts across the organizations portfolio of boutique fitness brands. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with the Finance and Brand teams this role will be responsible for designing data-driven pricing frameworks modeling price elasticity and uncovering new monetization opportunities that drive revenue growth.

This is a highly analytical finance-oriented role that blends strategic thinking with financial modeling and commercial execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing analysis financial modeling and consumer behavior economics and will thrive in a dynamic fast-paced membership-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monetization Strategy & Pricing Optimization

  • Identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities across studios memberships and servicesincluding pricing for classes tiered memberships bundled offerings and value-added services.
  • Develop and maintain elasticity models to assess consumer willingness to pay and predict revenue impacts of price changes.
  • Recommend price increases or adjustments using scenario modeling and competitive benchmarking ensuring customer churn is minimized and revenue is maximized.
  • Conduct white-space analysis to identify underleveraged pricing opportunities within existing offerings.

Data-Driven Price Analysis & Financial Modeling

  • Partner with Finance to model revenue margin and profitability implications of pricing changes across brands and markets.
  • Build dynamic financial models to support various pricing structures discount strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Evaluate KPIs related to customer acquisition retention average revenue per user (ARPU) and lifetime value (LTV) to inform decisions.

Testing & Validation of Pricing Hypotheses

  • Design and execute A/B testing and other controlled experiments to validate pricing hypotheses and understand customer response across segments.
  • Analyze experiment results with statistical rigor to guide pricing iterations and promotions.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to benchmark Xponentials pricing against key competitors in the fitness and wellness space.
  • Monitor industry pricing trends consumer sentiment and economic indicators to inform future pricing direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Influence cross-function stakeholders within Finance and Franchise Brand teams to align on pricing decisions and rollout strategies.
  • Develop pricing toolkits training materials and dashboards to support execution across the network.
  • Translate complex pricing insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

Pay Range: $160000-$200000

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in pricing strategy revenue management or financial analysis preferably in a subscription membership or service-based business.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling scenario planning price elasticity and consumer demand analytics.
  • Strong command of statistical methods (e.g. regression analysis time-series modeling conjoint analysis) and their application in pricing.
  • Experience running pricing experiments (A/B tests multivariate testing) and drawing insights to refine strategy.
  • Proven track record of using data to influence pricing decisions that increased revenue without negatively impacting retention.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools and platforms; BI tools a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a quantitative field.
