Team Carney a dynamic provider of performance and professional development is seeking an experienced Program Manager/Senior Analyst to support a government agency in the areas of domestic and foreign intelligence. THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY
Responsibilities:
- Workcollaboratively with government analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables including reviewing and evaluate incomingreports and information collection plans and programs.
- Develop and project data and estimate probabilities based uponknowledge of current and past intelligence situations and an understanding of the significance of conditions and trends.
- Providespecialized research threat analysis and production support.
- Access and perform research on designated databasesfor the purpose of identifying information of interest to the Government.
- Provide threat analysis of the information thatis tailored to the Governments requirements.
- Develop information and technical support documents summaries reportspresentations and other designated products in support of the Governments information and technical support requirements.
- Conduct Analytical and critical thinking
Minimum Requirements:
- Current TS/SCI Poly clearance
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- 10years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles practices and techniques. - - Minimum fiveyears of leadership supervisory or management experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Work Excelad PowerPoint) Google Chrome and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds andpersonality types.
- Skilled in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysisand writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences.
- Work experience in national security or security-related matters with an emphasis on information
Preferred:
- -Proficiency in understanding security risk management concepts and experience with intelligence-focused operation environmentis preferred.
