Responsibilities
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care with our Outpatient Palliative Medicine department.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Palliative Medicine is preferred
- Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday - Friday) w/ one Tele-Visit/Admin day each week
- Position will be doing home visits treating patients being taken care of within the Palliative Medicine team
