Job Description

Today we are proud to offera full spectrum of residential addiction treatment services including a special program focused entirely on the problem of prescription drug abuse and opiate addiction.

ACADIA HEALTHCARE:

Bowling Green Brandywine is a proud client of Acadia Healthcare which is a for-profit health system providing mental health and substance-use disorder treatments with locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. As a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services Acadia Healthcare operates under the large network of 227 behavioral healthcare facilities with approximately 9900 beds in 40 states and have around 20000 employees serving approximately 70000 patients daily.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist the HR Director in all administrative duties and act as a first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation/ onboarding process employee training programs hiring support payroll and reporting.
  • Maintain high compliance and accurate employee documentation in personnel files medical files employee relations benefits and compensation.
  • Apply judgement and discretion to HR issues and concerns and direct any complex issues to the senior HR staff.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee data in UltiPro and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
  • Ensuring the accuracy in timely communication to respective departments.
  • Must be well equipped in working in fast and multi-tasking environment.
  • Perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas and interact directly with corporate employees with respect to planning problem resolution process improvement and reporting.
  • Interpret and communicate routine organizational policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and apply information to provide advice to employees and management staff on Human Resources practices policies processes and expectations.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • Must be detailed orientated and willing to work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • 1-2 years of human resources office experience required.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.

COMPENSATION:

$20 - $25 per hour. Salary portion will largely be based on the candidates experience and skills set.
