The Director of Scheduling and Fulfillment for service parts provides leadership and oversight to the Scheduling & Fulfillment group. Oversees processes related to the procurement and management finished goods materials and services to meet planned and actual demand from both internal and external parties. Ensures ongoing order fulfillment through the management of transportation distribution and other related processes. Defines develops and executes sourcing strategies designed to achieve fulfillment obligations in the most cost effective efficient and compliant manner.
Responsibilities- Provides direction to Scheduling & Fulfillment leaders and allied teams.
- Owns the development and execution of Scheduling & Fulfillment processes and policies for the benefit of both internal and external customers.
- Champions change to drive alignment of program management strategies for the benefit of the company and the business.
- Develops and manages programs that deliver economies of scale and standardization while balancing the needs and desired business results of sourcing partners internal stakeholders customers.
- Ensures proper allocation of projects and duties to the appropriate teams within the Scheduling & Fulfillment organization based on scope.
- Drives standardization of procurement sourcing and other program-related best practices processes and procedures while staying abreast of industry trends and best-in-class behaviors.
- Designs and leads the implementation of improvements modifications or adaptations to processes / project approaches.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 12 years of experience in Scheduling and Fulfillment.
- Fluent Spanish skills (Written and spoken). Spoken Portuguese would be beneficial but not required
- Expertise in field performance metrics operations analytics and performance coaching.
- Deep experience negotiating contract terms and performance expectations with third-party suppliers and vendors.
- Direct experience with service operations reviews.
- Certified or deeply experienced in Lean practices with a focus on implementing and leading daily management systems.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams across borders and cultures in the Americas.
- Travel: 30 % - International travel 2-3 times a quarter.

- Proven experience with defining and managing customer/business team expectations.
Salary Range: $140000 to $180000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications skills competencies geographic location internal equity and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a long-term incentive plan and a discretionary annual incentive program subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program whereby an award if any may depend on various factors including without limitation individual and organizational performance.
