Makpar has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager UiPath Federal RPA AI to join our growing team.
We are seeking a Program Manager UiPath Federal RPA AI for a contract position.
Position: Program Manager UiPath Federal RPA AI
Position Type: Full Time-Hybrid
Job Description:
Role Specific Duties:
- Lead and manage end-to-end UiPath RPA/AI projects across various Federal government departments.
- Oversee the planning design and implementation of automation solutions hosted on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders technical teams and business users to define project scope timelines goals and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with Federal IT security policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks issues and dependencies; implement mitigation plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership and clients.
- Coordinate with developers solution architects and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery methodologies (Agile Hybrid or Waterfall).
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience with a strong focus on cloud-based RPA and AI implementations.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Demonstrated experience delivering UiPath solutions in Federal government environments.
- Deep understanding of RPA frameworks AI/ML integration and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform).
- Exceptional stakeholder communication risk management and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Federal compliance and security requirements (e.g. FedRAMP FISMA).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts developers and infrastructure specialists.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. Computer Science or similar
- UiPath certification (e.g. UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect).
- Experience with tools such as Jira MS Project or ServiceNow.
- Background in AI/ML models integration within RPA platform
Additional Requirement
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years.
