Job Description

Harvest Financial Advisors is an independent wealth advisory firm launched in 2008. We are seeking a First Impressions Coordinator/Receptionist with ten or more years of experience to join our team! Headquartered in West Chester Ohio we work with clients across 30 states. Providing exceptional service and value to clients are our hallmarks.

You will play a vital role as the first person our clients see when they visit and speak to by phone. These first impressions leave a lasting impact on our guests. Therefore it is imperative that you make everyone feel work hours are from 8:30a - 5p M-Th and 8:30a - 4p F. No weekends.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will perform a wide variety of office and administrative functions as well as support other team members to drive company success.
  • You must be comfortable communicating with clients prospective clients and our strategic partners on a regular basis.
  • 25% Manage a wide range of administrative activities 20% Handle inbound/outbound communications 15% Monitor inventory levels and purchase supplies 15% Organize scan and file documents (paper & electronic) 15% Assist with special projects on an ad hoc basis 5% Perform light cleaning and upkeep 5% Greet guests as they arrive and help them settle into conference rooms for meetings.


Qualifications

  • REQUIRED - A minimum 10 years of experience as a receptionist or office administrator
  • Personable outgoing energetic and professional
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Financial industry experience is helpful but not required
  • Adept multi-tasker who can easily move from one project or activity to another
  • Notary Public designation is preferred but not required
  • Team player who is willing to assist other team members whenever business needs arise
  • High School diploma at a minimum with excellent skills and relevant experience
