Pharmacist
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in sunny Ocala Florida.
Located in central Florida Ocala is famous for its beautiful horse farms natural springs and a welcoming small-town vibe. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) this role supports a mission-driven organization deeply committed to serving its communityincluding innovative correctional health programs. Youll join a collaborative team in a pharmacy environment where your clinical expertise will directly impact patient care.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $115000 $120000 annually
- Health Insurance: 100% premium covered for employee-only coverage; multiple plan options with low-cost copays at HFHC facilities

- PTO: 20 days annually plus 8 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday

- Sample Schedule:
- Typical shifts: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Schedule: Four 10- to 11-hour shifts per week with rotating days off
- No weekends required
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications safely and accurately for a diverse patient base including outpatient and correctional health populations
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and drug interactions; counsel patients on medication use and potential side effects
- Collaborate with providers nurses and internal care teams using the eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations in conjunction with pharmacy leadership
- Supervise and assist pharmacy technicians during shifts as needed
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FQHC standards and pharmacy laws
- Participate in inventory management and medication ordering processes
- Support continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
- Clear and active Florida Pharmacist license
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience (FQHC or correctional health experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Strong commitment to patient safety and compliance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings
- New graduates will be considered with relevant clinical rotations
