Manage AACIs Behavioral Health Family & Children mental health and social services program staffing to ensure appropriate case assignments & maintain service capacity; conduct monthly chart audits in coordination with staff and the Quality Improvement team; monitor and evaluate outcomes data identifying strengths and addressing areas of improvement; ensuring compliance with contract requirements tracking progress on deliverables and preparing comprehensive monthly program reports; provide ongoing performance feedback to program staff; facilitate outreach activities; collaborate w/schools & social service agencies to connect children & families with essential mental health resources; represent AACI in engagements with funders program monitors professional associations & conferences; work closely with Behavioral Health leadership to inform strategic planning and program development; participate in and provide clinical supervision consultations and trainings for staff; support crisis intervention efforts as after-hours officer of the day; contribute to grant writing and reporting initiatives
Masters degree in psychology marriage & family therapy clinical counseling or closely related field & 2 yr. experience clinical exp in behavioral health; must have valid CA counselor/therapist/psychologist (associate or full) license; must have experience/skills in: working w/elec. health records; behavioral health legal and ethical requirements of their license (e.g. MFT ASW); Calif. mandated reporting laws; CalAIM documentation & county standards; direct clinical counseling exp. working w/youth & families; crisis intervention conflict resolution; community resources & family dynamics; communicating w/people of diverse cultural professional & experiential backgrounds; oral & written presentations/communications.
