What Youll Do:
As a Service Advisor youll be the bridge between our service team and our valued customers ensuring every experience is seamless efficient and memorable.
Manage the service drive and oversee the flow of customer vehicles
Ensure customers are greeted warmly and receive top-tier service
Provide concierge-level support in person and over the phone
Keep service orders organized and flowing smoothly
Maximize technician productivity and distribute work efficiently
Answer questions regarding repairs warranties and maintenance
Help diagnose vehicle issues and order necessary parts/tools
Manage warranty claims and support service department staff
Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
Reinforce compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Foster a positive relationship with customers coworkers and factory reps
What Were Looking For:
Organized upbeat and professional personality
Proven leadership and management ability
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Clear confident communicator who connects well with customers
Strong track record of customer satisfaction and service success
Team-oriented self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Prior experience in automotive service or a related field a plus
