Responsibilities
Clovis Community voted Best Hospital 11 years in a row by Valley residents is a top choice for comprehensive care across a range of specialties. With 352 all-private patient rooms and expanded access to services this facility delivers complex high-acuity care to patients throughout our region. As Director of Adult Inpatient Services youll oversee a team of nearly XX clinical and support staff across ICU Medical-Surgical Cardiac Progressive Care Unit and Stepdown areas.
- Lead the daily operations strategy and clinical care standards across key inpatient units in alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory standards.
- Partner with nursing leaders physicians and support teams to foster a collaborative high-performing care environment focused on safety and patient outcomes.
- Oversee staffing scheduling budgeting and compliance while driving operational efficiency and quality improvements.
- Serve as a liaison to internal stakeholders and external partners including medical groups community organizations and accrediting agencies.
- Champion team development and continuous improvement by supporting mentorship clinical learning and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for Bachelors degree
- 5 years of clinical experience in a surgical services setting
- 2 years of management experience
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
